Data Deletion Instructions
Vocabularisation.com is operated by Vilime Solutions Inc. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.
What we receive from Facebook
When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID for this app, your name and your email address. We keep the ID to recognise you when you sign in again, and use your name and email for your Vocabularisation account. We don't receive your Facebook password, friends, posts or photos.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address of your account (or tell us that address). We will delete your account together with your Facebook user ID, name and email address, and reply to confirm once it's done.
Closing your account yourself
If you only ever signed in with Facebook or Google, you don't have a password yet: first set one with Forgot password?.
This closes your account straight away: you are signed out everywhere, can't sign in again, your public wordlists become private and any subscription is cancelled. To have the remaining data erased as well, including your Facebook user ID, name and email, send us the email above.
Removing the app from Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Vocabularisation and choose Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing your information with us from then on; it doesn't delete what we already hold, so also email us as described above.
